Less People Want Nokia 3310
Nokia took the world by storm in February when it announced it was relaunching its popular Nokia 3310.
The news was revealed at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and this budget handset managed to outshine every other flagship launch from some of the world’s biggest smartphone manufacturers.
In fact, interest in the 3310 was so high it managed to eclipse the Galaxy S8 on Google with more people searching for this bargain handset than Samsung’s latest flagship.
The new Nokia 3310 features a updated design, colour display and rear camera.
Plus there’s an incredible month-long battery life and an updated version of the classic snake game.
These features appear to have gone down well with consumers and Carphone Warehouse even reported record interest in the device.
The device has also been overshadowed by Samsung’s Galaxy S8 launch and more rumours about the iPhone 8 - which looks set to be one of the best devices Apple has ever created.
News that the 3310 can’t access popular services such as WhatsApp and Facebook may also have hit how well this phone will actually sell.
It was recently announced the phone will also not work in some countries that have switched off their 2G networks - technology the 3310 needs to make it work.
